Each Labor Day my mom tries to plan a hike. The weather on Monday morning wasn't all that great- lots of rain and really cold. In the early afternoon, the clouds scattered and the sun finally came out. We decided that Ensign Peak would be an easy hike for every one. The trail up to the top was a little muddy and a bit steeper than some of us had originally thought. But we all made it and took in the fantastic view of the beautiful Salt Lake Valley.

After the hike we headed back to my parents house. Alaina was really excited to play some Guitar Hero!
